Oversize Orders
Orders over CAD \$699.99 (before shipping and taxes, after all discounts) are considered oversize. These orders are not eligible for any shipping-related promotional offers, such as free or discounted shipping. Oversize orders are subject to the standard shipping rates listed above.

Processing & Delivery Times
During holidays or promotional events, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for processing.
In times of high order volume, processing delays may extend to 7–14 business days.
